The type of small projects we have developed in the past; for example, a 6 storey Part residential part office block converted into 3 large retail units and 8 residential apartments, located in Buckingham Palace Road London SW1; literally 100 yards from Buckingham Palace itself.

Other ventures include converting large 4 or more storey buildings into 1 to 5 bedroom residential accommodation - providing good quality housing at affordable rents.
