From 1997, RENAND® began developing residential and commercial property in and around London. Since then, RENAND® has grown to acquire more available apartments and retail units in some of the most desirable locations of central London for the lettings market.
On the investment side, RENAND® has invested in locations like: Westminster, Clerkenwell, Islington, Hackney and the City of London. Other hot spot areas of the UK include; Cardiff Bay, the university town of Cambridge, the regeneration area of Salford and Milton Keynes, to name a few.
