The firm has established a first class reputation founded on traditional values and continues to build on its enviable track record. Based in London, RENAND®’s primary property Investment & development activities are operated through RENAND® PROPERTIES LTD and RENAND® RESIDENTIAL LLP.
From 1997, RENAND® began acquiring and developing residential and commercial property in and around London. Since then, RENAND® has grown to acquire and developed prestige apartments and retail units in one of the most desirable locations of central London.
On the investment side, RENAND® has invested in locations like: Westminster, Clerkenwell, Islington, Hackney and the City of London. Other hot spot areas of the UK include; Cardiff Bay, the university town of Cambridge, the regeneration area of Salford and Milton Keynes, to name a few.
While acquiring residential and commercial property as the mainstream of business, RENAND® has also been increasingly active in serving serious property investors & developers in other areas; such as specialist property - news, good web guides, calculators and search engine software.
