Step 1
Tell us about your property and situation by completing our Easy Enquiry Form.
In many cases, subject to you meeting our own buying criteria, we can offer a price or approval based just on this information.
Step 2
We will contact you to agree a genuine cash offer ‘in-principle’ which is subject to a survey. This way you can be assured of a good offer for your property in no time.
We will then instruct a local independent chartered surveyor, to carry out a survey on our behalf. The survey will be paid in full by RENAND® RESIDENTIAL LLP.
Step 3
Provided the survey value isn’t different to what we anticipate, we will proceed to instruct our solicitors to act in the purchase of your property(s).
If you do not have a solicitor to act for you, not only will we recommend one for you, but also cover your legal fees up to £1,000.
Both solicitors will draw up all the legal work for us to sign.
We aim to complete every purchase according to your time scale requirements.
